Components and materials inspection

The targeted adjustment of thermophysical properties plays an important role in the development of new materials. In our laboratories, we can determine measured variables such as electrical and thermal conductivity, density, charge carrier concentration, specific heat capacity and phase transition temperatures. Moreover, we are able to specifically adjust certain thermophysical properties of materials, for example of powders, pastes or solids. If the test samples are not available in the required size or shape, they are prepared accordingly.

To determine material parameters, we develop customer-specific measurement devices, which measure on site in the process or in production. Our customized measuring stations are installed in laboratories worldwide and are even used by the Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt PTB.
